Alkaline Ionized Water helps increase “OXYGEN” delivery to our cells
We talk a lot about Oxidation Reduction
Potential and it's huge, but let’s not forget
that we're talking about alkaline water and if you’re asking which is
more important, it is the ORP, but alkalinity is very important too.
Everything in the body works better when the body is alkaline, enzymes work
better and enzymes are necessary for most functions in the body even
creating energy, even electricity. The electricity that all cells work on
in the body, it's essential that you have an alkaline environment. It
limits how much energy or how fast the reactions can occur. If you don't
have the proper enzyme functions, and is to some degree the measure of
alkalinity everything in the body works off of hormones too. You've got
thyroid hormones, testosterone, estrogen, all the
different hormones in the body. Alkalinity makes those
work better.
On a cellular level, oxygen delivery is essential
to live. You know you can only live a few seconds, a few minutes without
it. You can go for a few days without water and weeks if not months without
food, but oxygen you can only go just a brief period of time. It is a
receptor of all the reactions that are going on in our bodies and that has
to have a place to go or it will all shut down.
Think of a nuclear reactor. It has to
have cooling flowing through it all the time and if those cooling pumps
stop they shut the reactors down immediately because it has to have that, it’s
a vital component. Oxygen is vital. How do you get that oxygen from outside
to on a cellular level? As you know, it’s transported through the
blood, on a molecule called hemoglobin. It just so happens that hemoglobin
transports a whole lot less oxygen when the blood is acidic so it can't make the hook up
when the blood is acidic. The oxygen just won’t combine with the
hemoglobin as well, so it doesn't get carried out to the cells. If the
cells aren't getting oxygen, then the cells are going to be sick. Nothing
is going to work well without oxygen. Everything from fighting disease
processes, to fighting bacteria, your immune system, even to cancer. We’ve
known for over 80 years that low oxygen on the tissue level was a cause of
cancer.
It was very interesting, a few years
back I read in the paper, back on page 26, they really stuffed it back
there, talking about how the Water Associations for the whole U.S. met
together with the water training facilities and how they realized that
chlorine in the water caused cancer and disease, they just didn't know what
else to use, and I'm doing OK?
The Nobel Prize in
Physiology or Medicine 1931
Doctor Otto Warburg

Doctor Otto Warburg published a paper
in 1925, winning the Nobel
prize for
medicine for discovering the cause for cancer in 1931. Dr. Warburg stated
that low oxygen concentration on the tissue level, if the tissues don't get
enough oxygen, become cancerous. It's just a given ,carrying that oxygen
out to the tissues is very, very important and if you don’t have an
alkaline PH in the blood, the more acidic it becomes, the less oxygen it
can carry. There is nothing new about that. We can learn about that in
science. I was taught that back in medical school decades ago. It's been in
physiology books for decades, it’s called an oxygen hemoglobin dissociation
curve You can Google
it, do anything you want to, but that's just good science. The more
alkaline blood is, the more oxygen it can take out the tissues, the more
oxygen that's delivered on a tissue level. Everything works better,
enzymes, hormones, on a cellular level, on an energy production level.
Everything works better when the blood is more alkaline. Now that you know
you have these processes working in your body, imagine the value of being
able to alkalize your body while at the same time creating incredible
oxidation reduction potential, well, now you can!

The
Senate Report
“MINERAL”
DEFICIENCY
Foods
In America
The Senate Report was based
on a study conducted by Dr. Charles Northern. It was further supported by
research completed at Yale, Rutgers, John Hopkins, Columbia and the U.S.
Department of Agriculture. Dr. Northern demonstrated "that
countless human ills stem from the fact that impoverished soil
of America no longer provides plant foods with mineral elements essential
to human nourishment and health."
Is this new news? How long has the government,
the medical and food community known about this serious issue? For
decades now mineral content in a large part of America's farming land is
seriously deficient in vital trace elements. This issue, as it regards to
personal health, has been known since 1936! The situation is so serious
that the United States senate in 1936, 74th Congress, 2nd Session warned
the American people of major mineral depletion due to
"modern" farming methods.
Other excerpts from this eye
opening report;
"Our
physical well-being is more directly dependent upon minerals
we take into our systems than upon calories or vitamins, or upon precise
proportions of starch, protein or carbohydrates we consume."
"Do
you know that most of us today are suffering from certain dangerous diet
deficiencies which cannot be remedied until depleted soils from which
our food comes are brought into proper mineral balance?"
"Laboratory
test prove that the fruits, the vegetables, the grains, the eggs, and even
the milk and the meats of today are not what they were a few generations
ago"
"It
is not commonly realized, however, that vitamins control the body's
appropriation of minerals, and in the absence of minerals they have
no function to perform. Lacking vitamins, the system can make some
use of minerals, but lacking minerals, vitamins
are useless."
Has anything changes since 1936?
Has modern technology solved
this decades old problem? The 1992 Earth Summit Report documents declining
mineral values in farm and range soils over past 100 years: North America
85% South America 76% Europe 72% Asia 76% Africa 74% Australia 55%. North
America is leading the pack for the worst mineral depletion!
Some of the diseases and
health issues associated with mineral deficiencies;
·
Calcium Deficiency:
Arthritis, High Blood Pressure, Osteoporosis
·
Copper Deficiency: Anemia, Hair Loss,
Arthritis, Aneurysms
·
Selenium Deficiency: Cancer, Cataracts, Age
Spots, Multiple Sclerosis
The most startling fact is
that foods that consist of our main dietary foods, i.e. fruits,
vegetables and grains, are being grown on land that is depleted of
the essential minerals needed to maintain proper health. A vast
majority of the American population is "minerals starved." No
wonder we are seeing such a large increase in disease. Americans are eating
more but consuming less!

Mrs. Carmen Mazzucca reports
that while trying to introduce and explain the health benefits of drinking
Ionized Alkaline water she was amazed at the house
holder response to her questions.
Is there anyone in your
household that suffers from?
- Diabetes
- Arthritis
- High blood pressure
- Fibromyalja
- Lupus
- Heart Disease
Diabetes was #
1 disease
All house holders reported
that there was at least 3 of the six diseases mentioned above that some one
in the family or in some cases everyone in the family was suffering from.
Could lack of minerals be the
culprit like the Senate report stipulates, let’s read
it again.

Water
On Tap
What You Need To Know!
Common
Sources of Pollution
Naturally Occurring: microorganisms (wildlife and
soils), radionuclides (underlying rock), nitrates
and nitrites (nitrogen compounds in the soil), heavy metals (underground
rocks containing arsenic, cadmium, chromium, lead, and selenium), fluoride.
Human Activities: bacteria
and nitrates (human and animal wastes—septic tanks and large farms),
heavy metals (mining construction, older fruitor chards),
fertilizers and pesticides (used by you and others (anywhere crops or lawns
are maintained), industrial products and wastes (local factories,
industrial plants, gas stations, dry cleaners, leaking underground storage
tanks, landfills, and waste dumps), household wastes (cleaning solvents,
used motor oil, paint, paint thinner), lead and copper (household plumbing
materials), water treatment chemicals (wastewater treatment plants).
Chemical Contamination From Fertilizers:
Nitrate,
a chemical most commonly used as a fertilizer, poses an immediate threat to
infants when it is found in drinking water at levels above the national standard.
Nitrates are converted to nitrites in the intestines. Once absorbed into
the bloodstream, nitrites prevent hemoglobin from transporting oxygen.
(Older
children have an enzyme that restores
hemoglobin.) Excessive levels can
cause “blue baby syndrome,” which can be fatal without
immediate medical attention. Infants most at risk for blue baby syndrome
are those who are already sick, and while they are sick, consume food that
is high in nitrates or drink water or formula mixed with water that is high
in nitrates. Avoid using water with high nitrate
levels for drinking. This is especially important for
infants and young children, nursing mothers, pregnant women and certain
elderly people.
Boil
Water Notices for Microbial
Contaminants When microorganisms such as those that indicate fecal
contamination are found in drinking water, water suppliers are required to
issue “Boil Water Notices.” Boiling water for one minute kills
the microorganisms that cause disease. Therefore, these notices serve as a precaution
to the public. www.epa.gov/safewater/
faq/emerg.html
Nitrates:
NITRATES
- Do NOT Boil
Do NOT boil water to attempt
to reduce nitrates. Boiling water contaminated with nitrates increases its
concentration and potential risk. If you are concerned about nitrates, talk
to your health care provider about alternatives to boiling water for baby
formula.
Microbial Contamination:
The
potential for health problems from microbial contaminated drinking water is
demonstrated by localized outbreaks of waterborne disease. Many of these
outbreaks have been linked to contamination by bacteria or viruses,
probably from human or animal wastes. For example, in 1999 and 2000, there
were 39 reported disease outbreaks associated with drinking water, some of
which were linked to public drinking water supplies.5 Certain pathogens (disease-causing
microorganisms),
such as Cryptosporidium, may
occasionally pass through water filtration and disinfection processes in
numbers high enough to cause health problems, particularly in vulnerable
members of the population. Cryptosporidium causes the
gastrointestinal disease, cryptosporidiosis, and can cause serious,
sometimes fatal, symptoms, especially among sensitive members of the
population. (See box on Sensitive Subpopulations on page 1.) A serious
outbreak of cryptosporidiosis occurred in 1993 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin,
causing more than 400,000 persons to be infected with the disease, and
resulting in at least 50 deaths. This was the largest recorded outbreak
of waterborne disease in United
States history
Lead Contamination:
Lead,
a metal found in natural deposits, is commonly used in household plumbing
materials and water service lines. The greatest exposure to lead is
swallowing lead paint chips or breathing in lead dust. But lead in drinking
water can also cause a variety
of adverse health effects. In babies and
children, exposure to lead in drinking water
above the action
level of lead (0.015 milligram per liter) can result in delays in
physical and mental development, along with slight deficits in attention
span and learning abilities. Adults who drink this water over many years
could develop kidney problems or high blood pressure. Lead is rarely found in
source water, but enters tap water through corrosion of plumbing materials.
Very old and poorly maintained homes may be more likely to have lead pipes,
joints, and solder. However, new homes are also at risk: pipes legally considered
to be “lead-free” may contain up to eight percent lead. These
pipes can leach significant amounts of lead in the water for the first
several months after their installation. For more information on lead
contamination, see www.epa.gov/safewater/contaminants/
dw_contamfs/lead.html.
Lead: Do NOT Boil
Do NOT boil water to attempt to reduce lead.
Boiling water increases lead concentration. Always use water from the cold
tap for preparing baby formula, cooking, and drinking.
Flush pipes first by running
the water before using it. Allow the water to run until it’s
cold. If you have high lead levels in your tap water, talk to your health
care provider about alternatives to using boiled water in baby formula.
